Participation Criteria

1. Highest Annual Revenue from New Starts (70%) 
   • To ensure that the winner has consistently excelled in driving revenue, which is a core goal of the President’s club – based on total new revenue generated for the year.
2. Client Retention Rate (10%) 
   • Recognizes the ability to not only close deals but also maintain high-quality, lasting client relationships – based on percentage of contracts still active after 6 months.
3. Sales Leadership and Team Impact (10%)
   • Acknowledges the individual’s contributions beyond their own sales number, such as mentoring, collaboration, or setting a positive example for the team – based on leadership/peer/manager feedback.
4. Tie-Breaker Criteria: Consistency Across Quarters (10%) 
   • In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the most consistent performance across all four quarters – based on average revenue per quarter and a record of meeting or exceeding quarterly goals.

Win Big Terms and Conditions:

• Eligibility: The incentive is open to all sales representatives or teams meeting the specified criteria outlined below. Contest is open to any salesperson employed by a U.S. Regional Developer, that does not have an ownership interest in the market. The Winner must be an employee of the U.S. Regional Developer at the time the winner is announced.  

• Sales Period: The incentive period runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.  

• Prize Determination: The winner will be determined based on the total dollar amount of monthly sales determined by total sales for accounts sold and started between January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Accounts must be started by December 31, 2025. Results will be released monthly and reported against input shared by RDs in the Bar Report. Anything not entered / reported in the Bar Report is not eligible for consideration.  

• Prize Details: The all-inclusive stay for 5-days, 4-nights will be for 2 adults sharing one (1) standard room only and must be booked and the stay completed by XXX, 2026. Booking for the stay must be completed using the process that will be provided when the stay certificate is awarded. All-inclusive applies to meals and certain drinks and some exclusive and restrictions apply.  

• Judging: The decision of the judges in awarding the prize is final. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected based on the largest 1-time sale during the incentive period January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. 

• Notification: The winner will be notified and announced by January 31, 2026, after the conclusion of the sales period. 

• Prize Redemption: The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative prize. JAN-PRO Systems International reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. 

• Travel Restrictions: The prize may be subject to certain exclusions, restrictions, blackout dates, and expiration dates, which will be communicated to the winner upon notification. 

• Taxes And Fees: Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees (including, but not limited to, all tourist taxes and resort fees) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance. To the extent applicable, the winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form in the amount of the prize retain value. 

• Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as any policies and procedures applicable to your sales process in the ordinary course of business, during the incentive period and any laws and regulations applicable to travel to the destination associated with the prize acceptance. 

• Amendments: JAN-PRO Systems International reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the incentive at any time, with appropriate notice to participants. 

• Disqualifications: JAN-PRO Systems International reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behavior.
