President's Club | Participation, Winning Criteria, and Eligibility

Participation Criteria

  1. Participants must log a minimum of 20 proposals per quarter to qualify. 
  2. Only deals closed and started within the relevant quarter are eligible for program participation. 
  3. All sales data must be accurately recorded in each month’s BAR report.  Only data reported against input shared by RDs in the Bar Report will be considered. Anything not entered / reported in the Bar Report is not eligible for consideration.  
 

Winning Criteria:

  1. Q1 – Highest Average New Sales Starts: The top 3 participants with the highest total value of new sales contracts signed and started during Q1. 
  2. Q2 – Highest Closing Number (Min. 20 Proposals): The top 3 participants who close the most deals, provided they meet the 20-proposal minimum. 
  3. Q3 – Highest Sales Increase Over the Previous Quarter: The top 3 participants whit the largest percentage growth in sales revenue compared to Q2 based on signed and started in the quarter. 
  4. Q4 – Most Closes: The top 3 participants with the highest number of deals closed and started in Q4. 
  5. Bonus Points: Additional recognition for deals closed with strategic or high-value clients. 
  6. Tie-breaker: If there’s a tie, the winner will be the participant with the highest cumulative revenue for the year. 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Open to all outside sales representatives tasked with closing deals and driving field-based sales activity. 
  2. Open to any salesperson employed by a U.S. Regional Developer, that does not have an ownership interest in the market.  
  3. The Winner must be an employee of the U.S. Regional Developer at the time the winner is announced.  
  4. Participants must be full-time employees in good standing with the company. 
  5. Minimum of three months of tenure in the sales role by the end of the quarter to qualify. 
  6. Employees on leaves of absence during any quarter are not eligible for that quarter’s awards. 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Winners will be recognized quarterly, and prizes are non-transferable. 
  2. Tax implications may apply to monetary or non-monetary rewards.
