Inside Sales Program | Participation, Winning Criteria, and Eligibility

Participation Criteria

  1. All participants must meet a minimum of 10 proposals submitted per quarter to qualify. 
  2. All sales activities must be accurately tracked in the Zoho CRM system. 
  3. All sales data must be accurately recorded in each month’s BAR report.  Only data reported against input shared by RDs in the Bar Report will be considered. Anything not entered / reported in the Bar Report is not eligible for consideration.  

  

Winning Criteria:

  1. Top 3 Performers by Weighted Scoring System: 
    1. Total Proposals Submitted – 40% weight 
    2. Appointment-to-Proposal Conversion Rate 30% weight 
    3. Total Revenue from New Starts 30% weight 
  2. Bonus Recognition: Special bonus for the highest single proposal value in the quarter. 
  3. Tie-breaker: The participant with the highest combined revenue and conversion rate wins in case of a tie. 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Open to all inside sales representatives responsible for prospecting, setting appointments, and closing proposals. 
  2. Open to any salesperson employed by a U.S. Regional Developer, that does not have an ownership interest in the market.  
  3. The Winner must be an employee of the U.S. Regional Developer at the time the winner is announced.  
  4. Participants must be full-time employees in good standing with the company. 
  5. Minimum of three months of tenure in the sales role by the end of the quarter to qualify. 
  6. Employees on leaves of absence during any quarter are not eligible for that quarter’s awards. 

 

Additional Terms:

  1. Winners will be recognized quarterly, and prizes are non-transferable. 
  2. Tax implications may apply to monetary or non-monetary rewards.
