President's Club | Participation, Winning Criteria, and Eligibility

Participation Criteria

  1. Must be a full-time sales team member with active responsibility for driving new business revenue. 
  2. Only revenue generated from new starts will be counted towards the program. 
  3. Eligible participants must register to track performance. 
  4. All sales data must be accurately recorded in each month’s BAR report.  Only data reported against input shared by RDs in the Bar Report will be considered. Anything not entered / reported in the Bar Report is not eligible for consideration.  

 

Winning Criteria:

  1. Top 3 Sales Representatives: The three participants who achieve the highest annual revenue for new starts across the entire year. 
  2. Quality Score Adjustment: Bonus points for maintaining a high client retention rate (e.g., contracts active for six months post-start). 
  3. Tie-Breaker: In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by the highest average contract value. 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Must be a full-time employee in the sales team with a focus on generating new business revenue. 
  2. Open to any salesperson employed by a U.S. Regional Developer, that does not have an ownership interest in the market.  
  3. The Winner must be an employee of the U.S. Regional Developer at the time the winner is announced.  
  4. Must have at least six months of tenure in the sales role by December 31 of the program year. 
  5. Participants must be in good standing with the company, adhering to all company policies and performance expectations. 
  6. Employees on leaves of absence for more than 30 days during the eligibility period are not eligible.
